- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For single family homes, town homes and condos we have a flat fee management. Nothing is paid when the home is vacant and we find high quality tenant. We offer three(3) $0 up front, flat fee plans that owners can choose from. - Silver Plan ($99) - Gold Plan ($159) - Platinum Plan ($189) Tenant guarantee included. All property inspections included. Free account set up. You pay nothing until we find you a high quality tenant, and they moves in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the owners goals and objectives, is vital to a successful and relationship between a property manager and property owner. We validate all our information with verified market data that the owners can trust! We hang our hat on building these successful partnerships, by striving for these three core renting principles: - Securing the HIGHEST QUALITY tenant - Filling vacant properties QUICKLY - Achieving the HIGHEST MARKET RENT for the owners property For a new client that has never owned rental property, taking the time to educate that owner on the market conditions, past and present market data. our process, and industry best practices is key! We love working with owners and creating avenues of residual wealth through residential real estate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our property managers are Arizona licensed real estate agents. Our office has over 60 years of experience in the property management industry, and love sharing that experience and knowledge with our owners! Here is a little history on Mark Bower Properties owner, Mark Bower. In addition to an undergrad degree in Business Economics and an MBA from ASU, he has a real estate broker license in Arizona and Utah. I have experience in commercial real estate and is the active President of NARPM's Arizona Chapter.
