Wayne was extremely professional from the first text introducing his self and letting me know the landlord had hired him to come check out the leak with an outside faucet. We made a time that he would be at the house the next day. He was running a few minutes late but text to let me know. Upon arriving he went right to work. He had to do some cutting but he took the time to tell me since I was at my desk close to the wall were he was working. Once he had finished he came to the door to let me know and gave me some instructions if I noticed any leaking. If you have a plumbing problem I recommend Wayne he is professional, efficient and a gentlemen.
