- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A large portion of my business is covered by homeowners insurance, our pricing with most carriers is predetermined. For self pay customers, our volume allows me to be very competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel it’s important to understand the needs/wants of a new customer, set expectations, then plan and execute. I try very hard to be transparent and accessible. It’s a simple but effective process.
