I was concerned of a roof leak with the recent monsoon storms. I submitted a request to have a roofing company come evaluate my property and Ian was very responsive in scheduling. He arrived on time and took the time to hear out my concerns. He inspected the attic for active water intrusions and evaluated the exterior tiles for damage or issues. He clearly identified any problem areas and documented his findings. Ian then took the time to explain the issues and presented solutions. The whole experience was exceptionally painless on my end. I would absolutely recommend T&K Roofing and Ian for your roofing needs.

We choose T&K Roofing We have a 2800 sqft home with 3 car garage with a tile roof. Several valleys and a few dead valley, a semi complex roof. We entertained 5 estimates from top phoenix roofers. Took several weeks waiting on sales people to come to the house, perform an "inspection" and then the sales pitch offering 3 different levels of underlayment with prices to match. The exception was T&K Roofing. We received a comprehensive estimate from Nicholas in approximately 1 hour after initial contact! No fuss. No waiting for a site visit. We selected T&K Roofing and we are very happy with the complete process. The crew arrived on time every day and worked together as a team. They took great measures to keep the ground clean. Bushes and pool were covered in tarps when needed. End of day cleanup was comprehensive including rolling magnet for nails. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Our roof looks great and we look forward to testing it on the next annual rain! If your on the fence, pull the trigger on T&K Roofing, great job, great price and great customer service. We offer ALWAYS low pricing. We always lead with our best price to skip the hassle of negotiating!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use our technology to keep our costs as low as possible. Except for a few circumstances where a formal inspection is necessary, we use super high resolution imagery to create 100% accurate estimates. This allows us to keep our costs low, and in turn offer VERY competitive pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
T&K Roofing and its sister company, T&K Electric have been serving the valley as licensed contractors since 2018!
