He is not only an experienced chef, a sommelier, but a delightful person! He suggested several menus and then adjusted to fit our tastes. Every course was exceptional... with perfect wine complements. He and his delightful staff orchestrated the entire evening with panache! We have experienced and managed a number of dining events for conventions, state events, fund raisers, etc. but our evening with Adam was the most delicious and perfectly executed of them all. Jill S. says, "Chef Josh is the BEST. This was the first time I ever used a private chef or Thumbtack. He created the perfect atmosphere and food for my daughter's immediate family only wedding. I interviewed other chefs and their menus were not up to par or their prices were otrageous and felt like they were "nickle and diming" me for everything, but not with Chef Josh. I never take pictures of my food, but I had to in this case. (I tried to upload photos, but upload failed for some reason). It not only looked beautiful, but it tasted phenomenal. We're still talking about it. Even my husband who normally complains said that was the best salmon he's ever had. The onion soup, well, I can't say enough about it. It wasn't all chese. The bread in the soup was crispy, not soggy. Fresh onions that you could taste and just enough cheese. Perfection. The salmon was cooked exactly the way I liked it. Others had stead and they raved about it. And look at this dessert!!! I watched him put it together onsite on the plates. Josh was personable, friendly, and courteous. We had two servers and they were professional and responsive. Chef Josh and crew left the place as neat as it had been before he arrived. If I could have him cook meals for me even once a week, I'd be in heaven."See more
