- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on size of tree, electrical hazards, property safety management. Once a price and need has been set, the work is then scheduled and completed, keep in mind price is and can be subject to change if not enough information has been received, such as clear pictures of tree or misinformed about proximity to hazards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to customers desires, Inform customer of needs of the tree and advice on potential future maintenance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience in the arboriculture industry and currently working on certifications, and continuing education.
