- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a good price for a great work! The prices shown on the fixed quote are per window pane. The price estimated is what you'll pay at the end of the job Do not doubt to ask for a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I'll ask you about your project, answer your questions, then I'll give you a quote, if you decide to accept it, we make an appointment and I will go to give a best view to your windows!. We work according to your schedule.
