Do not give out quotes that you will not stand by. Do what you say and say what you do. Giving excuses, i.e. "The employee that gave you that quote no longer works here." is BAD business. Not even a few days after the quote they wanted to charge me almost double. Never again. I will put the word out. Hi Heather I believe you are frustrated for more than just this reason. We had given you a very favorable price and had our installers well on their way to you when they were called off. Your second choice installer did not do the job to your satisfaction. I understand that this is not a pleasant situation for you. When you reached out to us again, I was left with no choice but to requote, considering work already done. I hope that in future you would afford us another chance at assisting you.
