I took Nelma’s Goddess Water Flow and it was everything!! The intentionality of the playlist..the yoga sequence..the poses..all created a space that left me feeling empowered, balanced and comfortable expressing myself through movement. Amazing class❤️

Nelma is an amazing yoga instructor that really encouraged me to push myself to being a better me - both physically and mentally. She came to my home for private lessons and always gave me a great session and invited me to extra sessions throughout the week. She really is invested in her clients!

Pricing is based on Consultation but sessions can cost as low as $80 per session and forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We will fill out a Client Assessment to get a better and more in-depth understanding of what will be the best course of action. Our services are for mind body and soul wellness.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors in Applied Science in Culinary Arts with a Specialization in Holistic Nutrition and I have my 200 Hours Certification as Well as my Person Training Course
