- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated about pricing, most repairs are repetitive, condenser fan motors, contactors, refrigerant, relays. All repetitive repairs are flat rate. Of course we will go the extra mile to make sure the entire system works properly for the same cost. We have no hidden fees all pricing will be up front before any work is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techincians receive on going training offered through all of our distributors. This keeps us up to date on new and upcoming products. This also keeps us ahead of the game on the new technologies.
