- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50/hr with a minimum 2 hrs. some plumbing and electrical items are a flat rate due to equipment and experience i have that allow me to complete in a more timely fashion, but will be clearly articulated before starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we will agree on what work needs to be done, about how long it will take. once that is agreed upon, we set time to start and where. the work will be done quickly and efficiently, anything that needs to be addressed ill let you know as it arises. payment is by cash check or zelle
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the Field of construction for over 20 years. from a cement mucker to a project manager.
