I hired David for my one-year inspection on a new construction home and couldnt be more impressed! He was extremely thorough and detail-oriented and took the time to explain everything clearly. He identified two major issues that would have likely gone unnoticed and provided clear documentation for builder warranty repairs. His inspection gave me peace of mind and will likely save me a lot of money. I highly recommend him, especially for anyone approaching their one-year builder warranty.

David was fantastic! We highly recommend his home inspection services. He was very thorough, checked every corner of the house, and spent plenty of time explaining everything to us in detail. Unlike other inspectors, he even crawled through the hot attic and uncovered multiple issues that would have made the home a nightmare. He also used the latest technology, like thermal imaging, to detect hidden problems such as moisture in the walls. Thanks to David, we avoided a huge mistake. Thank you for the excellent work!
