- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are available for: active and former service members, real estate agents, and educators. Some cities outside metro Phoenix may incur a trip fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule a review time to meet with our client and review the highlights of the inspection. We schedule with the seller or listing agent to arrange access and we schedule termite, pool, and sewer inspections when requested. Inspection reports are delivered the same day as the inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All inspectors are state licensed and follow InterNACHI continuing education guidelines.
