We are a family of three, and were returning to our home after being abroad for 4.5 months. A family had sublet our home, and Amina arrived the day of our return for a deep clean. We had a phone chat in advance of our hiring her, and she was personable, professional, punctual, and she did everything she said she would do. Our house was spotless upon our arrival. Amina is like a little ray of sunshine! I needed a move-out cleaning. Included in her work was the inside of the refrigerator, the inside of the oven, and the inside windows. There were a couple of minor areas that needed touching up and she did them cheerfully, even though the job took longer than expected. She strives to please.

My house was broken into and because I work at least 11 hours a day I didn't have time to do the deep cleaning needed, things were out of hand. I am so happy and pleased with the service. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For my new customers I generally start by sending them a message, based on their request, with details on my services and a price quoted for the job.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning houses because it gave me the possibility of providing for my daughter. When I became pregnant with my beautiful daughter although I was very excited about the gift to come it was also a time for me to buckle down and figure out how I was going to financial provide for her as well as have the time to be there and raise her. I needed to find away to reshape my life in a way that I could raise a child, work, go to school, and maintain a household. Working in this filed gives my family and I an opportunity to do all of this.
