I've only just begun my training with Brian but it's easy to tell this is going to be just exactly what I was looking for. I needed someone knowledgeable who would know how to work with certain joint issues I have and he most definitely does. He understands the whole picture, including nutrition, and it gives me a lot of confidence that I'm going to easily hit my goals. To add to that, when you hire a personal trainer you have a certain expectation of physical fitness and Brian is one of those that "looks" like a personal trainer, so it's obvious that he takes his own advice. I'm excited about the upcoming months! :)

She is an exceptional trainer who is also a foodie nutritionist. So knowledgeable. I owe her my life. Literally. I lost 58 pounds in 5 months with her inspirational coaching, my high blood pressure is normal and I just ran my first half marathon. Now she's getting me ready for my first marathon in January. I really can't say enough about Dolores and her wealth of knowledge and motivation. I'm a fan for life!

Dan is an awesome trainer. He has provided training to my husband and I over several years. He brings everything you need to get healthy, he is flexible with hours for training, he's tough but in an encouraging way, he modifies movements based capability (I am a cluts), he sets goals for you to achieve, defines nutritional recommendations if needed, and has had a lasting impact on my husband and I. We are forever changed by him - we have a home gym we use daily, we have pulled in our family in to working out, and we are trying to keep moving because of Dan!
