I began training with Rose in march of 2017. Let me tell you, Best decision I have ever made for my health! Since then I feel a difference with my level of energy. I am now at the level where I want to workout and change my diet. I absolutely love the workout sessions, wish it was longer though. There's always a challenge, which I love entails me to push myself harder. Also my knees are regaining strength which was the whole reason why I began in the first place, didn't know I would be changing my lifestyle in a great way! Dan is an awesome trainer. He has provided training to my husband and I over several years. He brings everything you need to get healthy, he is flexible with hours for training, he's tough but in an encouraging way, he modifies movements based capability (I am a cluts), he sets goals for you to achieve, defines nutritional recommendations if needed, and has had a lasting impact on my husband and I. We are forever changed by him - we have a home gym we use daily, we have pulled in our family in to working out, and we are trying to keep moving because of Dan!

Jerry is a dedicated and experienced personal trainer and brings goal setting upon completion of his assessment after your first workout. Over time as your achieve your goals ( mine were strength and overall conditioning after double knee replacement surgery).We have moved on to additional goals of weight loss and nutrition planning which we achieve by a combination of cardio kick boxing, daily boot camps ( the Saturday ones are special) and personal training sessions.
