- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost is finding a time that works well for both the customer and myself either through phone or email. This is to ensure that the proper time and care can be allotted in handling any and all prospective plumbing needs. Often I ask the customer to send some pictures showing the scope of work is very helpful to better qoute anticipated costs.. This also allows for me to explain all that is needed and answer any questions I or 3they may have about their homes plumbing upkeep and repairs. After ant is made after a general idea of what needs to done. that can include a job site inspection if needed before I can qoute a solid price to do job or qoute its by time and material it just depends what is needed or how complex or what is the severity, I always do my best to discuss all the options before a total price is disclosed, I can take care of it right then and there on sight. I want to make sure that everything is laid out and understood by my customers and that the results are superb. Making sure the customer is on the same page and understands all aspects before, during and after the job is an important part of my buisness ethics
