Had Blackstone Roofing come out for a Roof Inspection. Had a nice gentleman named Keith come to my home in Scottsdale. After showing me storm damage decided to go thru the insurance route and was pleasantly surprised they got it approved for a whole new Roof. Was finished in 1 day the crew did a nice job and was happy that Blackstone did the whole process. Don’t have to worry about in old roof anymore

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on contingency, so we don’t get paid a penny unless your roof is fully-approved for replacement by the insurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We cone out to do a free roof inspection to assess the extent of any damage to the roof and possible cause. Then we provide you with our assessment and let you know which course forward we recommend. Our specialty is working through insurance, but we are also very competitive in pricing if there is not enough recent storm damage for full replacement via insurance claim.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend weekly training and are constantly adapting to stay up-to-date on all the relevant rules and regulations involving insurance claims. We are able to install your roof to be code-compliant.
