We have a very strong community of supportive Instructors and Students and we take the time to ensure that our students are safe while they are learning. Many families take advantage of our family program to train together and strengthen their bonds as a family. The composition of our student body is unique because we have more adults training than children, which opposite of what is typical in the martial arts community.

So far so good. I've only had a few sessions but the instructors are very concerned with making sure we get the most out of the training. Correcting what needs corrected complementing and encouraging when moves are coming together. I like the respect and organization of the classes. Overall a very good experience I would recommend to anyone. PS...You will get your sweat on.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We invite potential students to come in for a trial Guest Lesson at no cost to them. At that time they also go through a goal setting conference and orientation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors have trained for many years, some over 30. Some have received their Master Instructor Rating in Kung Fu as well as numerous Black Belts in other styles. All Instructors train on a weekly basis and continue to hone and refine their skills personally and to help students be the best they can possibly be.
