We Fix Ugly Pools specializes in overcoming builder mistakes. We are given the "worst of the worst" projects and tackle those projects that have usually been turned down by other companies. Our motto has always been to do it right, the first time. Sometimes, we run into some difficult situations because the first time someone else did it, was a total disaster. When building a new pool, we take the guesswork out of the project. We already know what can, and usually does, go wrong with certain building techniques and find ourselves able to overcome these builder failures BEFORE they become an issue. They had done work on my pool in the past and where great. So i thought i would have them give me an estimate for more work needing done on the pool. I am needing s Pool deck replaced, acid washed, tile replaced and auto leveler installed. Set up the apt for the 2/27 after 3 pm. He shows up at 1 pm when no one is home. And then we talked on the phone and he stated he will go off the last bid for when they worked on my pool since they had the measurements. I still have not gotten any bid yet. They called on that week Friday to ask about a the bid and when I informed them i still have not received anything. They stated they will get it sent out in an email. Still two days later I still have not received anything.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are proud of every job that we have performed but there are two particular ones that stand out in our minds. In 2005, we were chosen by the Arizona Diamondbacks (at the then Bank One Ballpark "BOB") to remodel the swimming pool into something that better reflected the Arizona lifestyle. Paddock had originally built the pool in left field, but we made the pool what it is today! In 2007, it was taking builders between 4-6 months to construct a swimming pool. We contracted with the Fish family in Central Phoenix to build their pool and decided to attempt to break a WORLD RECORD completing their entire pool in UNDER 6 hours.
