The window repair tech arrived on June 10 look at my windows and determine repair needed. He indicated that I needed to replace the balances on two windows. He stated that he was not able to provide me with a quote - that is something that is handled by the office personnel, and I should have a quote by Monday June 15th. On Wednesday June 17th, I followed up to get a proposal. I was quoted $257.80 to replace the balances on two windows. Obviously, I did not use Reliable Glass for my window repair.

I paid a deposit the same day I got a quote. Jan 6th. I then didn't hear anything regarding an expected date until the 22nd when I get a text saying today 11 to 12. They came, although the glass for my window was repaired I am not thrilled with the work done. The frame was admittedly already in poor shape however its even worse now. The railing got bent preventing the window from opening and the new glass pane wasn't put in properly preventing the window from being able to lock. Additionally none of the screens were placed back on as they were originally. Expensive for what I received.
