You can have fun and train! She gave me a reality check: to get to where you want to be, it requires time and consistency. You can’t make a huge difference in your body in 6 to 8 weeks nor can you target a specific area for fat loss and the “trainers” that tell you that, are just trying to sell you something and they more than likely will make you feel like you’re not doing enough.
