Absolutely phenomenal service. They were there in the blink of an eye, and Nate took care of everything. It was a difficult issue and I thought it would cost a fortune, but they are extremely reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to do it when I wasn’t home and kept me up-to-date during the entire service call. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Job was to unclog a bathtub drain. Young technician was very professional and friendly. Technician came 2 hours past the scheduled consultation time without any notification that there would be a delay. Technician finished the job without complete knowledge of the root cause. Technician was successful in clearing up most of the blockage, however, a small amount of clogging remains. Overall, decent job but hard to justify requesting recurring jobs in the future. Would seek a more experienced and effective technician in the future.
Details: No, repair is not urgent • Only one drain has issues • Clogging • Slow draining • Unpleasant odor • Part of a larger issue with the plumbing system • Townhouse
Elite Rooter's reply

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other plumbing needs.
