I had a broken pipe that caused a major flood in my kitchen, and I’m so glad I called Valley Plumbing & Sewer. They were able to send someone out right away. Stephen was professional and friendly, and got everything fixed fast. He explained what went wrong, handled the repair efficiently, and left everything clean when he was done. Problem was fixed but was expensive. The washer drain hose was routed through a vent so water would go outside. He charged $175 to put the hose in the drain. I wanted an estimate before work was done but since it was such an easy fix he went ahead and did it but decide just to pay anyways.
