The good: Menmax was quick to respond and easy to schedule with. The rest: They didn’t or couldn’t fix my dishwasher. My dishwasher has been leaking and not getting dishes clean. The soap dispenser door is also broken. The came out three times, the first being the initial appt. I had to email about a week later for a repair quote. They responded quickly and had a quote by the end of the day. They came out with the parts and installed everything and left. I ran it the next day and the soap dispenser was still broken, there were still puddles on the floor from it leaking and my dishes still weren’t clean. So I reached out and they came back out. The guy that came out (Vladimir) worked on my dishwasher for almost an hour and then asked me why I had scheduled the initial service call. I told him and he asked me at what point does it leak. He ran a load til it leaked, took pictures and videos, and called someone else then told me it’s very interesting and he’d have to let me know. They did offer to come out a fourth time (and stated they’d send their best repair person) to try to figure it out but I declined. I would not utilize this company again because at the end I still have a broken dishwasher, and the part they said they were ordering (the soap dispenser) is not fixed too, which makes me wonder how much money I wasted.

Diagnostic fee is 60$. But if you decide to continue with us (hire us to fix your appliance) this fee will be waived for you.
