Estimates: Paid estimates help provide accurate pricing: $10 for video chat estimates or $25 for in-person estimates. We provide transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Our goal is to give you quality, professional service at a fair and predictable cost.

Our Process for New Customers Initial Contact: Reach out by phone, email, or through Thumbtack. We’ll discuss your needs and schedule a time to evaluate your project. Estimate: We provide a paid estimate to ensure accuracy: $10 via video chat or $25 in-person. We review the scope of work, materials needed, and costs upfront. Scheduling the Job: Once you approve the estimate, we schedule a convenient time to complete the work. For ceiling fans, most installations take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Work Completion: Our team arrives on time, performs the job efficiently, safely, and professionally, keeping you informed throughout the process. Review & Payment: After the work is done, we ensure you’re satisfied before collecting payment. We’re happy to answer any follow-up questions or provide guidance for maintenance. We aim to make the process simple, transparent, and hassle-free while delivering quality, reliable service every time.
