I was really excited to get my daughter going with personal training to get her skills up. However I was ghosted. I really wish they'd at least communicate that they didn't want to work with her, rather then zero return message.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After one free evaluation/training, my rates are $60/hr for one on one training. I also offer a small discount for groups and refferals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with one free lesson/ evaluation. I use this evaluation to help pinpoint the exact areas the athlete needs to begin the process of improving their game.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5+ years of training experience, as well as college and pro basketball playing experience. I also have a university bachelors degree with an emphasis in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
