I've worked with GC's before and have even acted as my own. After working with Paul, we were impressed that he was as invested he was in our home project as we were! Paul provided honest, reliable, quality work and was especially interested in *doing what's right* if something unexpected came up. Paul is refreshingly responsive and available for any kind of question or concern, he will have an answer or valid solution, and offer relevant suggestions as needed. Moreover, Paul saved us money on our bathroom reno without compromising quality. Paul's experience with finance was especially helpful to us when making important choices concerning our project. After working with Paul, we realized he could be someone we would just hang out with even if we didn't hire him for our bathroom project. Paul was incredibly efficient and completed our install within just four days. His patience and accommodating nature made the entire process smooth and stress-free.Paul coordinated everything seamlessly, from the plumber and electrician to the drywaller and tile installer. All the professionals who worked in our home were courteous, respectful, and left no mess behind. The result is an amazing custom shower that exceeded our expectations. We had Paul and his team remodel two full baths for us. He was sensitive to our needs, and offered valuable advice on our choices. He and his team, Presley, Felipe, Sammy and Jose, were professional, efficient, respectful and honest, and provided what one expects from fine craftsmen. It was a pleasure having them in our home. With any project, there will be unexpected issues. Thanks to Pauls extensive experience, when we encountered those, Paul was open about options and provided the information we needed to adjust.His prices were fair and his execution exceeded our expectations. When we decided to do our bathroom remodel, we went to the Maricopa County Home Show in May to get ideas and meet contractors. We met several contractors and had 3 come out to give us bids. Black Diamond was the most reasonably priced and when I read all the great reviews, we decide to hire them. I really felt like my ideas were heard, and Holly was wonderful at understanding what I wanted and providing options. The owner, Paul, came to our house to meet with us as well to ensure he understood our vision. I have posted before and after pictures and the results are stunning. After a few days we did find a spot that needed to be fixed (due to the glass installer) and Paul's crew came out and made it right. I also had a small side project, to build a wall with double french doors to close off our 3rd car in the garage to make a workshop. While that was a bit outside their normal scope, they took on that task and it's excellent! I am delighted with all the work they did and I would highly recommend to anyone.
