We desperately needed a bathroom remodel on a dated house we recently purchased. From start to finish, Paul and his crew did an amazing job, from a beautiful walk-in shower, tiled floors and updated toilet room. Paul was very kind and communicated everything during the project. His crew were also very kind and very detail oriented on time and made sure everything was to our expectation. The finished project is more than what we expected! I highly recommend Black Diamond and will be having them back again to do our guest bathroom! Thank you Paul!

Paul and his crews were easy to work. They came and looked at our uniquely shaped bathroom and we built for us. Much better experience than the other companies we ha give us estimates for simple drop in solutions. Our bathtub remodel turned our amazing.

We chose Black Diammond Baths to remodel our master bathroom, a full bathroom, a half bathroom, tile the laundry room, and add new can lighting in the kitchen / living areas. The entire remodel process was completed in under two months. Working with Paul James and his team was a delight. The demo was quick but messy but we were pleasantly surprised at their attention to detail and clean up after each day. The craftsman Paul used were skilled and polite. Paul's strength is his communication. He responded to our texts promptly and worked daily to schedule needed workers. Collaborating to address questions or concerns was easy and atrention to high quality installation was evident. If an inspection revealed something we or Paul did not like, Paul had his team fix the issue. We are very happy with our first remodel experience and recommend Black Diamond Baths.
