- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are extremely fair for the quality of work that we offer. Our work is like ART, very precise and attention to detail is key. Transparency is key therefore we are very upfront. We must say that our clients need to also understand that there are hidden pipes, gas lines, and restrictions that can be behind walls and are only visible at the time of demolition. If faced with such a situation, sometimes it might increase the price but of course reasonably for the time and sweat we will put in to continue with our client's project goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The whole process from start to finish is very simple. 1. Set up an appointment to see the project. 2. Receive an estimate within 3 days (including all material information, payment, trash and the starting date ) 3. Set up a material selection date and purchase that day or after. 4. Start the project (Monday to Friday until the project is finished and the client is satisfied).
