I strive to offer affordable plans & options for all customers & all income levels. My Service are rarely ever the most expensive or cheapest in the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I value every customer contact, I answer & ask as many questions as possible to understand what needs & concerns our customers are facing, since I am a mobile service business I evaluate each home or business to determine what is going to work best for my customers, I will offer advise & listen to your questions and needs & be upfront about all cost or issues before starting any work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning Upholstery & Rugs since 2006. I hold Master technician certifications in Carpet, Upholstery & Rug Cleaning. I personally take the utmost pride & care in my work.
