I have a carpet that was installed by empire poorly. After a couple years I had many parts that were rippled. Marlin discovered that the carpet was never properly stretched to begin with. He properly stretched it and removed several inches around the borders. I am happy with the work Marilyn and his helper did! I would definitely recommend Majestic Carpet Repair!

I reached out to Majestic Carpet Services through Thumbtack for some carpet repairs in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Pam responded quickly, asked the right questions, and provided a very reasonable quote in no time. Scheduling was easy, and their communication throughout the process was excellent. When Marlin and Pam arrived, it felt more like inviting a friend over—especially since they were fellow cat people and didn’t mind some playful kitten interruptions before getting to work! We walked through the space and discussed the best approach for stretching the carpet. One tricky area involved moving an L-shaped desk near a Murphy bed, and without hesitation, they came prepared with furniture sliders and took care of it themselves. I offered to help, but they insisted on handling it—proof that they truly care about doing the job right, not just quickly. The work was done beautifully, and the space was left spotless—no leftover threads or mess. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. If you need any kind of carpet repair, I highly recommend Majestic. They’re skilled, reliable, and genuinely great to work with. You won’t be disappointed!
