I've done business with Amici Catering for years. As a venue owner, I refer them to all of my brides/clients for hassle-free, well-priced and delicious catering. As a small business owner, I gravitate to other small business owners - we are able to get things done quickly. The helpfulness of the staff from the first phone call to the final crumb is unheard of in this industry. Not only do I refer them to my clientele, I use them myself for any event - both large or small - that I have of my own. They deliver a solid experience and a fabulous product every single time.Oct 15, 2011
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?1. Have a budgeted dollar amount for food and beverage when soliciting a quote. 2. Ask if your caterer makes the food himself if so what percentage. 3. Caterers often have contacts with other vendors- ask to share their relationship. 4. Clarify how your caterer establishes quantities for your event and what is left with remaining food.
