this past November, my heating and A/C system began to make a disturbing sound, as if metal parts in it were about to break. I called a few companies, and they diagnosed the problem stating that it would cost at least $ 600. I then called New Comfort Air and Home Services at (602) 475-0989. I spoke with Eric Johnson. He came out, inspected the problem AND fixed it within a few hours, costing me about $ 180, more than 60 percent less what New Comfort's competitors quoted. For future service or replacement of my heating and a/c system, I will WITH NO HESITATION, contact New Comfort Air and Home Services at (602) 475-0989. They were professional, clean, reasonably priced AND spoke in terms I, a non A/C and heating guy, could understand!!!

We own a number of residential rental properties in the Phoenix metro area. We needed all of our heating and a/c units replaced (about 20) and called some well known companies to get quotes. ERIC JOHNSON of New Comfort Air and Home Services gave us a quote on 15 units. The quote was 30 percent LESS than one from his lowest competitor. Wow!!! The quote included installation and follow up service that the other companies didn't even want to do. Mr. Johnson and his company took a look at our units and recommended that we hold on to about 5 of the units that DID NOT need replacement, in their opinion. Now, that's honesty and integrity!!!! The job took about 2 and a half days; and that's pretty fast!! For our future A/C needs, we're calling Eric Johnson of New Comfort at (602) 475-0989.
