- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing. We’re worth our prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will message back-and-forth that way there’s a clear understanding of what the customer wants done. Once scheduled we’ll do a walk-through with the customer to look at the home and then I’ll give them an estimate of the approximate time it will take to complete the job then we get to cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re homemakers who have also worked for other cleaning companies.
