Mark was really help full he disscussed all the possibilites that my computer may have. He was able to fix my laptop within about half an hour. He was very knowledgeable anout security products and peotection that best was sutable for my computer. Hes really caring and it shows in his work, aftr he fixed he stopped by about an hour later to see how my laptop was functioning. If you want grate quality, ontime help, and q positive attitude I really recomend hiring Mark.
