Born and raised on the East Coast- Italian inspired cuisine has always been the foundation of my craft. I have 15 years of experience out in the field, with a very strong background in catering and events. I have been working as a private chef since 2014; taking all that I'd learned from working in esteemed venues around the country and the world. I have been fortunate enough to travel with my career, to countries such as Italy and Australia; ultimately landing a spot in one of New York City's Michelin restaurants before setting out on my own. At the start of my private chef career, I specialized in plant-based cuisine and holistic nutrition, focusing on individualized diet plans for dietary ailments. Since then, I have gone on to expand my business to incorporate private dining experiences, cooking classes, catering; and speciality services such as Retreats, team building workshops, wellness workshops and a line of food service products. I offer a variety of services that incorporate more whimsical themes (Harry Potter, LOTR) mindful & holistic workshops that focus on intuitive eating and low waste cooking; and hyper local workshops where we learn about and enjoy the local produce that grows in the Sonoran Desert.
