- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to let the customer name their price as I am flexible and willing to accommodate many budgets! The services I can provide is at a high value although I don't wanna scare anyone away with high prices because this is what I love to do!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I introduce myself and what I can do for them, then review the details and agree on a price that works for the both of us. Then we discuss special requests, structure of the event, and anything else that I can do to make the event even better! After a small deposit is made, I lock down the date and we're all set!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hundreds of gigs and events I've done in the past in addition to training, gear upgrading, and the constant update to my music library that keeps me on my A game.
