I was a bit nervous about how well my puppy would take instruction, but Diversified Kennels really work patiently and diligently to get my fur baby trained. She’s only 4 months old and knows an entire chain of commands. I can’t wait for her protective training, I trust no other company but this one, to get it done!!!! Diversified Kennels is the absolute best! I have rescue dog who was really wild. I couldn’t take her further than my backyard without barking, running and invading other people’s space. She would even try to jump on my tables and counters. I decided to try it. I am extremely satisfied! I was getting videos of my dog doing things she had never done before. The best part was getting the update videos every couple of days. I can take get on normal walks now too! So much has changed in her behavior, it seems unreal! Ten days of training!! Best choice I could have made.

Completely dissatisfied. He made me pay upfront for the training sessions. He assured me he would show up and never did. Now I’m trying to get a refund back from him that he doesn’t send.

Details: 0 - 6 months old • Extra Small (1 - 15 lbs) • Private lessons • Puppy training • Leash pulling • House training • Crate training • My home, venue, etc.

We definitely apologize for the inconvenience and the delay on refund. We are working on it will have it for you in the next business day. We did schedule an appointment that I just couldn’t make and and reschedule. I would like to side note that we have been in communication with you in letting you know about refund. Todays date 04/28/24 you will receive 04/29/24. We strive to provide excellent customer services and this is the first time we have had this problem in 10+ years. We changed programs and there was an error with acct. We will take this and learn and grow from it. Thank you God bless

Worst experience ever! William doesn't communicate properly and picks and chooses whose dog he wants to watch and when. He took my deposit, I told him that I no longer needed his pet sitting services and requested a refund. William did not give me my refund back

I told you there was no refund miss ramirez when we spoke verbally. You booked on the 22nd of April and I advised there was no refund. Now on may 1st the day before drop off your requesting for refund. That isn’t good business. Now you have a review up full of lies. Please remove or I’ll be forced to get a legal suit involved. William did a phenomenal job with Shuri. We definitely see the progress now that she is back home. It's hard to imagine how she was before training. William was truly professional, provided video updates, let us know tips and tricks when taking her home. We are so excited to continue training with William.
