I was not at home when I paid Frank after he completed installing the screen door he stated would fit my specific front door. When I returned home, the screen door he said he bought from Home Depot, left a one inch gap at the top and a two inch gap at the bottom. The door appears smaller than my front door. I texted him about the gaps. His response was the gaps were due to "the trim of the door is installed wrong". Also, the screen door did not have a door knob. He said I had to buy it. I assumed the screen door would come with a door knob and top lock. He said he would only fix the problem if I paid him. He told my husband he had only been in business for one month. I lost $450.00 due to his incompetence and not taking responsibility for his work.

Installed an exterior door a few months ago. Asked specifically for a steel waterproof door. Claimed this material was perfect for an exterior door and was waterproof. Total untruth. After not even a year. This is what I am seeing. Would not recommended.

The Sun Devil team are great to work with and helped me with a lingering issue on my unique new front door. We had a large pivot door installed but we had some alignment issues that left gaps at the top and bottom of the door. At times we could see light or get crickets at the bottom time to time. Matthew and team responded quickly to my request, came early to the initial call and diagnosed the problem. They made some adjustments to the door and provided a fair quote for labor and parts before ordering. The repair went smooth and they communicated every step of the way. The payment process was easy online and the invoice and receipt process was very timely. I plan to use Sun Devil doors for all my future door project needs and I recommend them if you need repair, new door quote and trust in the quality of work. Very professional team.

I hired Ed to do a door customization and installation job for my home theater. For sound control I'm using an exterior door that needed to have an automatic door sweep (drops down and seals the gap at the bottom when closed) mortised into the bottom of the door. He also had to cut the frame to size since there is no threshold in an interior door. He and his wife were great to work with as we solved multiple problems getting the mortise slot deep and wide enough to hold the device. I like that he was open to suggestions and not defensive like some contractors. Would hire again.
