I had an amazing door installation done, he was extremely punctual- and even helped with other small little details in order to make my door and everything surrounding it be perfect. He even trimmed my door with no extra cost as it was not your standard door size, I would definitely recommend his work and will be using again if I ever need anything else done.

Quick to respond, and professional throughout the entire process. They came out and provided a quick and accurate estimate, and did not hit me with any surprises.
I bought a door online, and needed it professionally installed. After opening up the walls, and finding some surprises, we had to switch up our approach. After going through a few options, we were able to order custom doors to fit our needs.
They did a fantastic job installing and insulating the doors and walls. And did not over charge.
I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Mike did a great job under cutting several of our closet doors that didn’t work after we had new carpet installed and fixing a few other doors that just weren’t operating very well along with installing some new hardware. Fabian and his co-worker removed and old door with a 6 inch jamb, and installed a door with a 4.5 inch jamb (which made the work more complicated). They worked efficiently and did a good job, and they were a great value for the job they did (best quote out of 3 that I got). They were very polite/nice, and communicated well. The only negatives were the amount of sawdust left behind (the jamb size conversion required a lot of wood cutting/leveling), and the top hinge was slightly offset from the other two hinges. I would hire them again for similar jobs, and I already expressed the feedback about the top hinge being slightly offset with Fabian, and he was appreciative of the feedback.

I had AZ Window and Door store install three windows and a sliding glass door on the first floor of my home 11/2020. I had bid the project with two other companies and my sales person Dameon was able to beat the price.
They quoted me Del Mar windows and then backed out and refunded my money as they said they could not honor the price and could only honor it with Catalina windows. I begrudgedly went along with the windows they kept telling me were inferior.
I have five windows left on my second floor that we did not do at the same time, as it would break stucco, and I was holding off in repainting the house. Fast forward to now, and I am ready to move forward with the second floor phase, but my sales person is gone and the new sales person will not honor pricing close to what I paid before, and is instructing me I have to collect competing quotes again, which is a huge waste of time for everyone.
I can understand the price of materials increased but I have already received competing quotes and the quote is in-fact bloated.
I told him if someone else came out and gave me a great price I would move forward with them, as they should earn the business.
I have now talked to a sales manager who is willing to lower prices but only to match quotes I must get and bring him. Already two contractors are half the prices they provided. My initial install was for three Catalina windows and a Malibu sliding glass door for $4500.

Brandon, the owner worked with me as I had questions. Greg, the install manager called me immediately after the install was complete. Miguel the installer worked with me to ensure the install met my satisfaction. The entire team came together to deliver me a quality product and did so in a very professional manner.
Prior to the install, there were some delays in communication, but Brandon helped get those items straightened out and get me the information I needed.
