- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I partner with local plumbing supply houses to stay abreast of new products and industry news. If a certain product is being recalled I know about it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was never the type of person who could sit still. I don't think I could ever work behind a computer all day. When I was younger I landed a job just re-piping houses and spent the next 14 years learning the trade. I never looked back.
