- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to their ideas, get a firm grip of what they want, then I open their mind to all possible ways to accomplish their goals. Sometimes people don’t even know how much is possible, it’s always good to explore all your options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 different trade schools, total of 5 years of schooling in electrical field and 9 years of on hand training from residential to commercial and industrial.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Give as much information to your tradesperson, any little bit of info could be key to your solution.
