Juan did painting job for my home within 3.5 days, though he initially planned for 3 days. His work is very good and prices are reasonable. I would recommend him for any of the homes's painting needs

We replaced three windows and two sliding glass doors in our home and we hired Juan to repair the stucco (exterior) and drywall (interior). We had a slight miscommunication at first on how much work needed to be done, but Juan was very accommodating and honored his original quote price to us even though he would be completing about double the amount of work. He did a great job with not only repairs but paint touch up as well. We would definitely recommend Juan and Mayak Renovations and should we need any further work done he'll be one of the first we contact.

Juan's ceew did a very good jid, explained some options to me and gave a very reasonable price. They even used some of the block that was still good to help keep costs down
