- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is completely unique. No two yards are exactly the same. So every job is individually priced out according to the customers needs. This is why I meet with every client first to address their needs and expectations. My prices are well within and normally below industry standards or my competitors. My small family based business has allowed me to keep my prices low for my customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have always kept my small business feel. I personally meet with every client onsite and review their landscaping needs. Together we create a plan to keep their property beautifully maintained, or design the exterior of their dreams.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years of hands on experience in every aspect of the business. From watering systems, plant care, plant installation as well as all types hardscape installations.
