He arrived earlier than quoted and was super efficient and price very reasonable! My dryer is located on the third floor but he had no problems cleaning out my vent and fixed my dryer in under an hour! Dryer is working great now, thank you for your awesome service and will continue to use in the future and recommend to everyone that has issues with dryer!

Without question the best duct cleaning service we have ever used. They were right on time. Did a thorough clean great job cleaning my dryer duct. I asked them about my heater and air conditioning ducts and they told me they didn’t need to be cleaned at this time.

Initially quoted $550 for a fireplace/chimney sweep “deep cleaning” service which took the tech all of 15 minutes. I told him that price seemed high for the service he explained would be done. He reduced to $450, plus a 5.5% credit card fee(didn’t tell me that until it was time to pay). He said the service included getting on roof & checking the chimney, thorough cleaning of firebox and flue and spray painting the firebox. He was not thorough at all & he asked to borrow my dustpan to clean the soot and ash. He never checked the chimney & didn’t paint the firebox. When he told me he was finished I thought he was kidding. I asked what about the chimney & painting the firebox and he said that would be $99 more??
Needless to say I called the office, left message with Ken when I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor. Still haven’t received a call back.
