Introduction: B.S. Exercise Science CPT - I have been in the fitness industry training privately, small groups, and group instructing various fitness classes for over 6 years. I've worked with clients from teenage years up to late 90's- yes, I teach group classes to an active group of seniors in their 90's! - I work closely with physical therapists and have experience in preventing and rehabbing musculo-skeletal injuries. I am educated in postural restoration, weight loss, muscle mass gain, core strength and reducing back pain. I have taught boot camp, Pilates, yoga, aerobics, HIIT, circuits, chair fitness for seniors, balance, and TRX classes. I have also coached athletes during off season for baseball, softball, golf and volleyball. - If you're looking for a realistic trainer, workout or meal plan, then I'm your coach! Kelli is such an awesome trainer and even better person! She has a wealth of health & fitness knowledge. Kelli's ability to run a large Bootcamp class while modifying the workouts based on individual levels takes experience, patience and above all focus. Kelli takes the time to get to know her clients in order to understand each of our specific goals for the class. Since starting with Kelli I have seen huge improvements in my overall physical abilities as well as a strengthened mental toughness. Kelli makes each class different and engaging to keep it fresh. We all feel like we are part of something bigger and motivate each other to reach the next level in our fitness journeys.
