I have to say that Van Kirk and the Longhorns team did an exceptional job with my event. We had over 700 people and they raved about the food, quality, and service. They did walk thru with me and my team the day before and were there on-time and ready the day of the event (breakfast, lunch, appetizers and finally dinner).I highly recommend them for anyone's event.
