Asked me questions during the work just to "make sure" and offered suggestions as needed. It was tough work (took 2 days) but he ground it out. I will ask Simba to come out again when my floor is done so they can install my vanity and toilet (since I'm nursing a bad shoulder)."See more

Suzanne McCloskey says, "I put in my request for hot water heater repair and they immediately scheduled me for next-day service.I had what I thought was a failed heating element and was unable to remove it myself. Joel arrived and was so courteous and friendly. He was able to remove the stuck element and offered to replace the other one just in case, as well as the thermostats. he quoted me a reasonable price for all of this. I was so happy not to be gouged as has often been my experience with other companies. He stayed to refill the tank and ensure all was working well. As it turned out, there was a crack in the tank and it was leaking. He presented me with my options, among them a new tankless unit, which I chose to do. They did not charge me at all for the attempted repairs to the old defective hot water tank!!! Joel and company returned just a couple days later, hauled away the old tank and installed the tankless beautifully. Thank you AquaForce for your excellent and professional service. I will be calling you again when other plumbing needs arise. Highly recommend."See more
