Hello I’m Brad I was a General Contractor for 18 years and in construction and remodeling for over 24 years, doing full remodels to simple repairs. We contacted Brad with Nu generation because we had a long list of projects/tasks to do after recently purchasing our home. It would have taken us a very long time to get through the list. Brad and one other guy completed everything within 7 hours. The tasks ranged from hanging blinds, light fixtures and wall hangings to repairs and moving furniture. Brad has a well rounded background in construction which enables him to efficiently do any task and he does nice work. It was well worth it to hire Brad and we plan to hire him for upcoming projects.

Brad Davidson just completed my kitchen remodel. He did everything from the demo to installing the new marble backsplash. As this house was built in 1952, the walls and ceiling were very uneven and irregular. Brad did an absolutely amazing job transitioning the new cabinet 3" crown molding to the original 5 " crown surrounding the rest of the kitchen and breakfast nook. He took care of all the electrical, plumbing and gas requirements. I recently had a huge sewer problem in this house requiring jack hammers to destroy my bathrooms and a section of my covered patio. Brad came up with a solution to repair the destroyed section with existing 3/8" pavers (no longer made). It looks like new and he installed new tile as well in the bathroom. Brad did an amazing job on everything he touched and I highly recommend him. He's the BEST!! Don't call five different people to fix your home........just call Brad.

He's a nice guy and initially met to go over scope and schedule. He said he'd start work at a certain day and never did. Dodged calls. When I finally did get a hold of him to see what was going on he reassured he'd get the work done and be back on track the following days. He was nice and apologetic but then nothing. After about a month of leading on, he eventually just was unreachable and never returned calls. I can't give an account of any work because he never did any. If he doesn't show up the first day he says, ditch this guy quickly.

My apologies for any miscommunication, at the time I had clients I was working for and was not willing to leave their paid projects undone to start another job for someone else, I don’t believe that would be fair to them. I also feel a homeowner has the right to choose a contractor their comfortable with and also a contractor choosing a client their comfortable with. Again I understand your frustration and hope everything worked out for you .
