I’m a licensed Arizona general contractor (ROC 350115) and a working real estate agent with 9+ years in real estate and construction! I’m also an active investor, flipper, and home builder, so I’m not just working on your project, I’m doing this same work on my own properties every day. That means I look at every job through two lenses: building it right, and protecting your home’s value!
Because I build and flip homes myself, I’ve got a roster of proven subcontractors I trust and real supplier relationships most contractors don’t have. I buy materials at volume, and I pass those discounts straight to you! You get top-tier trade work and real savings on materials, without me cutting corners on the build.

Nick, was my realtor for my first time home buying experience back in 2021. How I got so lucky, Ill never know.The market was absolute madness and Nick remained thorough, diligent, and demonstrated a true passion and willingness to go above and beyond to get me in my place. It was a whirlwind experience from start to finish, and every step of the way he was right there to support me.He would answer my call or respond to my text no matter the time or day. When my financing fell through in the 11th hour, he was right there with a solution. When the sellers were getting multiple, well over asking, all cash offers, Nick was behind the scenes negotiating and being my number one advocate.I truly believe that if Nick, wasnt my realtor, I wouldnt be in the home I am today. During one of THE most cut throat housing markets, he was everything youd hope for in a realtor but rarely find - even in the most seasoned professionals.It goes without saying, but Nick will be my realtor for as long as hes willing and available.
