This guy is a good talker don't be fooled. I learned the hard way! He could never complete a job. Gave him a contract to Paint the exterior of the house and other repair projects. He took 3 weeks to complete the painting and 1 month to partially complete the rest of the project. Spilled paint all over the brick later, I had to call the guy to clean up the brick walls and the floors which took him a few more days to come over and clean it up. Beware of this guy. Although he says he can do various repairs actually he is not skilled in anything. I paid him to do a job that was partially completed. Exterior paint job alone cost me $2,300.00. Sheet rock repair was so awful I had my contractor re do it and paint the entire utility room. Called him several times to get on site and complete what he started. It was very frustrating and finally I decided to cancel this guy and hire a skilled contactor to complete the job.

Details: Complete home remodel • Living room • Bedroom • Kitchen • Bathroom • Closet • Garage • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Within the month

G&M Landscaping and Home Repair's reply
The job was to do the interior and exterior of the home, I wont go into detail but we were gonna do a lot more than just paint. There were problems from the beginning. We were in constant communication and he was very indecisive and it took forever for him to send samples or pictures of what he wanted. He wanted Grade A work for pennies. He wanted tons of discounts and just to please him and complete the job we even offered him some of the things for FREE. Leon even bought the paint out of his own pocket while awaiting payment. Payment didn't arrive until February 28th and the job didn't start until March 2nd. So it only took 2 weeks, not a month. There were things that needed to be fixed and Leon just fixed them. They weren't apart of the bid and he wasn't charged. He would call and text after business hours and we would answer. We were very transparent about the progress. Then he started calling requesting pictures everyday. We communicated to him that we had 3-4 days of rain during those 2 weeks and it was causing the utility room drywall to dry slow because it was humid outside. But he wasn't understanding at all. When we did the initial walk through the tenant had a lot to say about him as a person, and we should've listened. We will be posting before and after pictures of our work shortly.
